1. How long do I need to wait for my Wholesale Account verification?
-Usually within a few hours, however, there could be times it could take up to 24 hours.
-If you have submitted your registration application and have not received a response after 24 hours, feel free to contact us here.
2. How long will it take to receive a back ordered item?
-Back orders will usually take 1-5 days into our packing department, depending on our production stock, how many units you order, and how fast we receive your deposit. Smaller back orders between 5-30 we can usually get within a day, our production team runs 7 days a week.
-You must send a 50% deposit before we submit your order to our production team.
-If you have questions or current issues with a back order feel free to contact us here, or, contact your sales rep.
3. What payment methods do you accept?
-Interac E-Transfers.
-EFT Bank Transfers.
4. What days do you produce, pack, and ship orders?
-We produce back ordered items 7 days a week.
-We pack orders 7 days a week.
-We ship Mon-Fri, we do not ship on weekends and holidays.
5. What is your policy for payment for orders that exceed $3000?
-Orders over $3000 using Interac E-Transfer have be done in $3000 increments every 24 hours, so, depending if you have back ordered items, and, if your order is between $3000-$9000, using Interac E-Transfer is recommended.  If you need a sprint on your order, and you do not have back ordered items, we do not recommend using Interac E-Transfer.
-Using EFT Bank Wire is best if you have non back ordered items and your order is over $3000. Note that there is a standard 24 hour clearance for EFT’s with most banks, however, some banks may have a 3-5 business day clearance time. Contact your bank if you would like to know their clearance time.
-If you are an established vendor with King Cobra, you may also arrange with your sales rep to make a $3000 deposit using Interac E-Transfer, along with proof of EFT transfer, this way we can pack and ship your order in 3 business days instead of waiting 5 business days.
-If you do not have a sales rep you can always contact us here so we can set you up with a King Cobra rep.
6. What is the typical wait time for packing and shipping orders?
-It will depend on the following:
-If you have back ordered items, is under $3000, and, your payment method is Interac E-Transfer, we will pack and ship your order within 24-36 hours on business days, we do not ship on weekends and holidays.
-If you have back ordered items, your order is $3000 or less, and your payment method is Interac E-Transfer, we can normally pack and ship within 48 hours on business days.
-If your order is large, and does not have back ordered items, and is less than $3000 using Interac E-Transfer, we can pack and ship your order within 24-36hrs on business days.
-If your order is large, includes back ordered items, and is over $4000, the fastest we can produce, pack and ship is within 3-5 business days, using any payment method.
-If your order is $3000 or more, and you use EFT Transfer, there will be a standard 24hr clearance time, some banks may have a 3-5 day clearance policy. Contact your bank to find out.
-Interac E-Transfer has a $3000 maximum every 24 hours, so if your order is $3000 or more, and you want to use Interac, you will have to send multiple transfers.
7. How long does shipping take?
-We use the Canada Post realtime calculator to get your options, and cost. On the checkout page it will show you an estimated delivery time for each option.
-Note we do not Guarantee shipping times because we have no control over shipping time, we are not the shipping company and by ordering from us you accept our Terms and Conditions. You can track your order status here.
8. Can I cancel or edit an order myself?
-You can EDIT your order if it’s  “ON-HOLD”. You cannot cancel orders yourself, you will need to  contact us here for order cancellations, or email us. ***Note that if you used a coupon code on your original order you will have to contact us so we can reset your code.
-Go to your “MY ACCOUNT” page here.
-You will see a tab “EDIT ORDER”. Select this to display your order history. Or you can directly edit your order here.
-Find the order you would like to Edit, if your order is on-hold, there will be a “EDIT” link in the last column of the order. Select the link.
-You will be taken to the cart page, and you are now able to clear your cart, or, adjust anything on your order.
